Delete your account
You only have an Epoche account if you signed in with Google. Using Epoche without signing in creates no account and no data on any server.
Delete it in the app
- Open Epoche and go to Profile → Account.
- Tap Delete account and confirm.
Or ask by email
If you no longer have the app, email shreyanshtomar98@gmail.com from the Google account you signed in with, with the subject “Delete my Epoche account”. It will be deleted within 30 days and you will get a confirmation.
What is deleted
- Your Firebase account and profile: name, email address, profile photo address, account ID, birth year, sex, city, region and country, units, goals, training experience, offers consent and push token.
- Feedback you sent while signed in is deleted on request.
What is not affected
- Data on your phone (workouts, food, health, cycle, routes, photos) is never on Epoche's servers. Uninstall the app or clear its data to remove it.
- Google Drive backups are files in your own Drive. Delete them from Google Drive.
- Purchases. Google Play and RevenueCat keep purchase records as required for billing and tax. Cancel subscriptions in Google Play → Payments & subscriptions; deleting your account does not cancel them.
