EPOCHE

Terms of use

Effective 1 November 2026

Epoche is a training log, not medical advice. Core features are free. Epoche Pro is an optional purchase through Google Play, and you can cancel a subscription at any time in Google Play.

1. Who we are

Epoche is developed by Shreyansh Tomar ("we"). Contact: shreyanshtomar98@gmail.com. By using Epoche you agree to these terms and to the privacy policy.

2. Not medical advice

Epoche helps you log training, activity, food, breathing sessions and cycle data. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat or prevent any condition. Calorie, nutrition, activity and cycle figures are estimates; cycle predictions are not contraception. Coach suggestions are rules applied to your own logs. Talk to a qualified professional before starting a new training or nutrition plan, stop if you feel pain, dizziness or shortness of breath, and sit down for breathing protocols that include breath holds.

3. Your data

Your logs are stored on your device and remain yours. You are responsible for keeping backups; the optional Google Drive backup writes to your own Drive. See the privacy policy for what leaves your phone and how to delete your account.

4. Epoche Pro

5. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the app, reverse engineer paid features, or share links that contain content you do not have the right to share. Routines you share are sent as links you choose to send.

6. Changes and availability

We improve Epoche over time and may change or remove features. If we make a material change to these terms, we will update this page and its effective date.

7. Liability

Epoche is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for injury, loss of data, or indirect losses arising from your use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law where you live.
